Delivery area: Metro Manila (MM) only

Order cancellation or address change: Available before shipment only

Processing time: Orders are shipped within 5 business days

Delivery time: Typically 2–4 days (may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or courier service interruptions)

Courier services: Primarily J&T Express, LBC Express, and JRS Express; GrabExpress or Lalamove may also be used depending on the situation

Return shipping due to customer absence: Cost borne by the customer

Shipping fee: PHP 149 flat rate
